Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.Layaway
